One request becomes one coordinated arrangement.

1. 01

   You tell us what you'd like arranged

   A short set of questions: the service, a preferred date, roughly how many guests, and whether transportation, a reception, an officiant or flowers are needed.

2. 02

   We build the plan

   Everlast checks chapel, staff, vehicle and provider availability, then lays out the day in order — preparation, transportation, floral delivery, ceremony, reception.

3. 03

   You review and approve

   You see the plan as a single page with every time and provider named. Nothing is final until you approve it.

4. 04

   We confirm each provider

   Officiant, florist, cemetery and reception venue each confirm to us directly. Anything still outstanding is visible as awaiting confirmation.

5. 05

   The plan is kept on track

   If a time needs to move, dependent parts of the day move with it and every provider is re-notified. You receive reminders at 48 hours, 24 hours and 2 hours before.

6. 06

   Day-of coordination

   A named director and coordinator hold the schedule on the day itself, so the family is never the one making calls.
